W regulaminie lokalnym SMPO 2023 i zawodów Leszno Cup 2023 pojawiły się nowe zapisy związane z wyposażeniem technicznym szybowców:

W punkcie 3.2.4 Dodatkowa wymagana dokumentacja – występuje obowiązek dostarczenia wydruku zasięgu Flarma. Podana jest też instrukcja wygenerowania wydruku.
„Wydruk zasięgu urządzenia Flarm stosowanego podczas zawodów musi być dostarczony organizatorowi jako załącznik do druku rejestracyjnego. W razie braku wydruku przed zakończeniem rejestracji dopuszcza się dostarczenie wydruku po pierwszym locie wykonanym podczas zawodów.

W punkcie 4.1.1 Obowiązkowe dodatkowe wyposażenie pojawiła się rekomendacja instalacji i używania antykolizyjnej lampy stroboskopowej (np. Capy Flash).
„Zaleca się umieszczenie w szybowcu lamp stroboskopowych zwiększających widoczność szybowca podczas lotu. Lampy powinny być włączone od startu do lądowania.”
