Ore 20. Molti piloti sono appena atterrati: le velocità medie di oggi sono state sui 115 kmh perché la prima parte del tema è stata facile e veloce (alcuni la hanno percorsa a 150 kmh) ma la seconda era più debole anche perché la valle di Foligno non aveva attività termica. Alberto Sironi ha fatto i 3000 m al Gran Sasso ma non essendosi poi fermato a salire ancora, al Vettore, poi ha perso molta quota e velocità nella valle di Foligno.

8 pm. Many pilots have just landed: today's average speeds were around 115 kmh because the first part of the task was easy and fast (somebody did it at 150 kmh) but the second part was weaker even because the Foligno valley had no thermal activity. Alberto Sironi climbed 3000 m at the Gran Sasso but having not stopped to climb again at monte Vettore he lost a lot of speed in the Foligno Valley and in the secon part of his flight.

Ore 12. Per oggi sono previste termiche secche, molto forti e alte: tra i 3900 m e i 4700 m! Le temperature sono in aumento durante il giorno e arriveranno a 37 gradi, il QNH è 1019 hPa, i decolli inizieranno alle 13.00. La classe libera ha un tema da 500 km con 4 punti di virata.
