Cumulus will be up to 2.800/3.400 m in the best areas (see cumulus map base on www.soaringspot.com). A light sea breeze from W SW will arrives on Monte Velino, Avezzano, Pescasseroli, San Biagio etc. (see maps of convergences). The best areas of today are: South Rieti, Velino, Sirente, Pescasseroli *, Val Roveto *, Meta *, Foligno, East Terminillo. *= Pay attention to the layering of the cumulus ( Pls see sounding Pescasseroli and San Biagio). High-stratified clouds can come from west and some cumulus will have a strong vertical development.
