Day one....
Today\'s rain has not dampened our spirits, although it has forced a scrub for the day. Flying monkeys were duly handed out at briefing, and the howls of forlorn furry monkeys being catapulted through the air are echoing through the clubhouse even as we speak. However, the weather for tomorrow looks much brighter, so we\'ll be back... :)

Setting up...
Well, we\'re all here in the briefing room fiddling with pcs. There is enough technology gathered in this small room to make a small but significant contribution to the nasa space project, with Steve, Kelly, Mike and me all looking rather serious. There has been birthday cake and candles, and two pots of tea so far. It\'s all getting rather exciting; lots of old friends have been rollling up, and tents and caravans are going up all over the place! Beer time...

Welcome
Welcome everyone to this year's Northern Regionals! It's now less than a week until the comp starts for real, and we're all getting excited up here at Sutton Bank looking forward to seeing everyone. There are some late entries still coming in, which is fantastic. This year's director Andy Parish has decided to swop comp t-shirts for a surprise alternative, one free to each pilot. I can't say anymore right now, so watch this space! We have some new people and some old friends with us this year...
