I was mistaken yesterday in reporting Chris the Kiwi as outlanding 8km away, that was hiscountryman. Chris actually got around but missed the first turn and had atechnical outlanding :-(
Today at briefing they took a vote and decided to increase thefinish circle size from 1.5km to 2km. When John asked if anyone had any otheroperational issues, someone called out “no clouds” - it will be the same today.
They are expecting a late start today so gridding is notuntil 12.30 with first launch expected at 1.30. The A task is a 3 hour AAT forall classes, min 165 scratch 295 max 450km. The B task is 2.5 hours.
Launch order is 15m Std Open 18m on runway 26.
