great regatta!

What a regatta so far!

Great to see how our "new-to-xcountry" pilots are having a ball.
A few hints here and there from our "grey-backs" and the newbies do produce some impressive results. Always remember: it has to be fun!

The "training gliders" in this regatta fleet, when put in the right hands are certainly to be reckoned with. Yes, the ASK21 and PW6 can do more than fly a circuit and spin. And flying that M200 and BG12 deserves a medal! Ah, and yes: those Libelle's go pretty good.

Weather and tasking do present challenges even for the seasoned pilots.
100km/h has not been broken yet during this regatta!
..sorry, the practicce day does not count ;-)
Everyone can fly on a 9 knot day with 12000ft cloud-base but who flies normally away from the airfield on a total high overcast day with soft lift when it's not a Easter-Regatta?

A big thank you to everyone that is helping! Gliding would not be possible without team-spirit.
Every bit is important: from running ropes (thank you to everyone that chips in!) to feeding the masses (thank you Val and helpers!)

"Late Mail",   the weather is a little questionable so we meet again for a new briefing at 11:00am, day decision will be made and ready for tha...
